最近在很多国外法案法规的开头处都有这样一段话：

请问第二句那个act current to 是什么意思？

是不是，最新法案是2007年6月2日版。

我猜：
有效期至2008年6月25日

好像不是有效期。。

应该是在June 25th, 2008前仍生效的法案。
