看书过程中碰到的，不断学习中。

先申请制：a first to file system
明示：express
暗示：implied
exclusive licence：独占许可
sub-licence：分许可
一式两份：in duplicate
附页：continuation sheet
register：登记薄
Litigation Section：条法司
驳回：refusal of an application
撤回：withdraw
appeal：诉讼
超范围：extend beyond

non-patent literature：非专利文献
pamphlet：小册子

JAP, Patent Abstracts of Japan：日本专利英文文摘数据库
WPI, World Patents Index：世界专利索引数据库

申请文件应当对发明作出清楚、完整的说明，以所属技术领域的技术人员能够实现为准
