我一直对patent term ajustment 没有弄清楚，有哪位同仁能够给我解释一下呢？比如以下一段节选自notice of allowance，谁能翻译过来听听，并稍作解释？     谢谢大家啦~                [s:34]


     "The patent term adustment to date is 200 day(s). If the issue fee is paid on the date that is three months after the mailing date of this notice and the patent issues on the tuesday before the date that is 28 weeks (six and a half months) after the mailing date of the notice, the patent term adustment is 200 day(s)."

专利期限的调整
目前专利期限调整为200天。如果在本通知邮寄日后的三个月内缴纳公布费，且在本通知邮寄日后的28周（6个半月）之前的星期二进行专利公布的，则专利期的调整为200天。
