1.是否所有無法註冊於Principal Register之商標皆可轉Supplemental Register?2.是否必須己使用為前題,才可申請Supplemental Register?
3.註冊於Supplemental Register之商標是否可轉Principal Register?多久時間?要件有那些?
4.如有商標侵權事宜發生，商標專用權人可以該註冊商標於聯邦法院提出侵權訴訟?
