处于国际阶段的PCT申请要撤回优先权，该如何办理？

PCT申请处于国际阶段，国家知识产权局为受理局，刚收到国际检索报告，申请人现在想撤回优先权要求，不知该如何办理？

是向受理局提，还是必须向国际局提？

是否有撤回优先权声明的表格，如果有，在哪里可以下载？

另外，有何注意事项？

you can withdraw p claim

do this at IB or RO

the form is Form PCT/IB/372

must do it before the expiration of 30 months from the priority date.

free of charge.

signed by all the applicants. (or agent)

if the notice of withdrawal reaches the International Bureau after the completion of the technical preparations for international publication, the International Bureau may proceed with the international publication on the basis of the time limit for international publication as computed from the original priority date.

generally, it is risky to withdraw a p claim, you must ensure there is no intervening application

估计是为了让该申请晚一点公开。可能他们还有后续相关申请（准备中），如果该申请较早公开的话，会影响后续申请的创造性/新颖性。
纯属个人推测。呵呵！
